You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of a section/s within the kitchen in line the Whitehart standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the Whitehart operating concept and standards.
Minimum 1 years experience as a chef de partie or 2/3 years as a commis chef.
We are currently seeking a Bar Manager to create a cocktail offering within our new bar to match our award winning food offering. Along with supporting the Front Of House management team with the daily running of our pub.
