Chef de partie

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of a section/s within the kitchen in line the Whitehart standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the Whitehart operating concept and standards.


Minimum 1 years experience as a chef de partie or 2/3 years as a commis chef.



Hotel and Events Administrator

The position would be based in our Reception office, working 40 hours per week over five shifts. The working patterns will be dependent on the needs of the business and works on a rota system.

The job involves, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Dealing with enquiries by phone and email, relaying messages as appropriate;
  • Taking dining, wedding, conference, events and hotel reservations;
  • Ensuring an efficient reception experience for guests including checking in of residents, welcoming customers and attending to their requests and queries during their stay;
  • Dealing with wedding and various function enquiries, showing potential customers the facilities, holding meetings to review their booking details, dealing with queries as and when required;
  • Daily banking and cash reconciliation for Hotel, Pub, Brasserie, Dining Room and function rooms;
  • Further ad hoc duties as required
