At The White Hart, we have a number of rooms available for business meetings and conferences, and can provide everything you need for a seamless event.
Our meeting rooms are available to hire for half or a full day, with additional charges added for catering and refreshments if required. We have four rooms available; the Lounge, Library, Dining Room Room and can cater for small groups or larger parties.
Our facilities include use of a screen, free wireless internet connection, a flipchart, and if the sun is out, use of our garden for break-outs.
We have a number of options available for delegates, two course Conference Lunch – or relaxed style buffet. In the evenings food may be selected from our Brasserie and Daily Specials menu, or for a small supplement, delegates can choose to upgrade to our a la carte menu.
Included in the main room hire is iced water, cordials, arrival coffee/tea and home-made biscuits, afternoon tea
We have a delegate rate for dinner, bed and breakfast which is available for all of our 12 en-suite bedrooms in the main hotel and four family suites in our Cottage next door, perfect if your meetings run over the course of several days.
